It became evident that there are some
huge internal problems which are
originated from the topmost hierarchy
of the company.

Many times it happened that some big
project which needs to be distributed
up to the lower level are not sent
properly to the immediate person next
to the Human Resource manager.

of communication among the employees and the managers

communication creates an environment
the employees can communicate freely
without hesitation irrespective of their
position and formal relationships.

Examples of informal communication can
be said in this way that when the leaders or
the group managers of an organisation
personally call the group members for
discussing any work or project related
matter then mostly it happens verbally and
considered as informal communication but
has the great advantage in better
understanding and clarifications (Qin et al.,
2017).

The informal method of
communication in any organisation
s considered as the indispensable
form of communication.

it has been found out that many
small issues are not resolved in the
team due to the formal
communication which has created
a greater issue afterwards (Wong et

organisation who participates in
the informal mode of
communication.

The communication needs to be

help in the development and not

The official chat forum can help the
employees to chat among themselves
in the work-related matter (Hughes,
Kinder & Cooper, 2019).

The leaders can be updated about the
progress of the work through this and
the managers can encourage those
certain employees that have put an
adequate amount of hard work in the
tasks.
